Weight lost: Nak kurus? Amalkan makanan ‘Leptin sensitive’~

Dalam entry lepas Set Kurus: Kurangkan Berat Badan Dengan Shaklee  ada yang menyatakan yang pengambilan Omega-3 fatty acid membantu stabilkan hormon leptin dlm adipose tissue kita supaya dpt memberi respon yg baik kepada otak. Maksudnya, bila kita dah mengambil jumlah kalori yang cukup, leptin akan dirembeskan untuk memberi signal kepada hypothalamus kita yang kita dah kenyang or had enough. Jadi tak lah kita over eating.


Faham kan fungsi hormon leptin dalam badan kita? Jadi, perlukah kita ambil makanan TINGGI LEPTIN? Sebenarnya takde pun makanan yang mengandungi Leptin yang tinggi atau rendah..yang ada cuma makanan yang dapat menaikkan atau mengurangkan sensitivity of Leptin. If our leptin channels are not functioning well, jadi bolehlah kita ambil makanan yang menaikkan leptin sensitivity supaya system tadi kembali berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat memberitahu otak kita untuk suppress our appetite and start burning fuel (increase metabolisme)

Ha..inilah antara makanan yang tinggi protein, fiber..kenapa fish termasuk juga? As mentioned before, fish oil contain OMEGA-3 FATTY ACID which helps our body to respond well to Leptin.

Yang decrease Leptin sensitivity ade?

In his book “The Leptin Diet: How Fit is Your Fat,” Byron Richards suggests that eating excessive carbohydrates and snacking may be your biggest hurdles to re-establishing leptin sensitivity. High carbohydrate foods that contain simple starches like white flour and potatoes, along with highly processed foods containing sugar and high-fructose corn syrup, all contribute to decreased leptin sensitivity. Eating large meals or eating too frequently can also lead to a decrease in leptin sensitivity- here




Jadi, jika rasa anda dah mengamalkan diet yang betul, memang tak ada masalah..but if u think u need to top up here and there, choose the right supplement for u and eat right :)
